On May 4-5, 2026, Almaty hosted the first-ever GITEX in Central Asia—the largest AI and technology forum in the region. Alpha Grissin was there, along with its partner Vertiv, with a working booth and a team ready for insightful discussions.

An event that changed the scale

Over the two days of the forum, 336 companies and startups, as well as over 100 investors with a combined portfolio under management of over $200 billion, gathered at the Atakent IEC venue in Almaty. Cisco, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, Salesforce, and dozens of other global players were present at the exhibition alongside us. From the very first day, GITEX AI Kazakhstan established itself as the region's leading technology platform.

Alpha Grissin, in partnership with Vertiv, presented AI data center infrastructure solutions in a pavilion focused on artificial intelligence. The booth featured a modular data center mockup, showcasing the full stack of critical infrastructure: power, cooling, and management systems for high-load computing environments. Two days of lively discussions, demonstrations, and meetings with partners and customers from Kazakhstan and the region followed.

The team is on site

Alexander Timchenko, CEO of Alpha Grissin Kazakhstan, and Bakhrom Rakhimberdiev, CEO of Alpha Grissin Uzbekistan, met with partners and customers to discuss current projects and prospects for cooperation in the region. GITEX served as a platform not only for showcasing solutions but also for strengthening real business relationships.

What's next?

The region is actively building AI infrastructure, and Alpha Grissin intends to be part of this growth. The next GITEX AI Kazakhstan will be held on June 8-9, 2027, and we're already looking ahead.
